Light film: Generally, ordinary light film is mainly used for printing, which is often used for packaging and printing. It is divided into thick film and thin light film. Generally, thick film refers to 25 μ For the above thickness, the film refers to 19 μ The following thickness.
Matte film: also called matt film, it is mainly achieved by absorbing and scattering light. It can generally improve the quality of the printed appearance, but the price is relatively high, and there are few domestic manufacturers, so it is often used in boxed food or high-end packaging. The matting film often has no thermal seal, so it is often used in combination with other films (such as CPP, BOPET).
Pearlescent film: it is mostly a three-layer co-extruded stretch film, and the surface will generally have a heat seal layer, such as chopsticks bag. It is often the pearlescent film has its own heat seal layer heat seal, so there will be a section of heat seal section. Unlike BOPP film, the density of pearlescent film is mostly controlled below 0.68, which is beneficial to cost saving; Moreover, the common pearlescent film presents white and opaque pearlescent effect, has a certain light blocking ability, and has a protective effect on products that need to be protected from light. Of course, pearlescent film is often used in food and daily necessities, such as ice cream, chocolate packaging and beverage bottle labels, in combination with other films. Cover film: It is understood that the cover film is generally 18 μ The thin light film on the lower side is generally double-sided corona, so there is a overlap area between it and the ordinary light film in use, and there will also be a slight difference. It is understood that it is generally not used for making ordinary bags.
Aluminizing film: Everyone is relatively familiar with aluminizing film, but BOPET and CPP are common substrates. At present, BOPP aluminizing is relatively rare in China. Especially in recent years, with the price advantage of BOPET, BOPP aluminizing market has been affected to some extent.
Laser film: It is a transparent BOPP film with a moldable functional layer. It can be molded without additional pre-coating of the molding layer. It can be used for anti-counterfeit packaging after aluminizing or evaporating the media, or used as cigarette, medicine, food and other packaging boxes with paperboard or non-abrasive composite. Relatively few products are produced in China, which are generally used for anti-counterfeiting and decorative packaging of high-end goods, and have certain requirements for production technology.
Tape film and bag making film are common. Anti-fog film and no-coating film have been specially introduced in the early stage. Of course, BOPP film also has many high-end films, such as capacitance film, and some customized films.
